Ford Mexico is seeking a Technical Test Manager to lead testing strategy, risk management, and data-driven decision making across the development lifecycle.

You will oversee test planning, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering dashboards and quality analytics to stakeholders. The role emphasizes proactive prioritization, clear communication, and adherence to GPDS standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3-5+ years in test management or QA roles.
• Proficient with Jira, TestRail and Confluence for test tracking.
• Hands-on SQL and Python for data extraction and automation.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI or Qlik.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience, PI planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Define priorities and roadmaps aligned with increments and oversee test design progress.
• Collect data, analyze KPIs, and generate reports to inform planning and defect trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for alignment and status updates.
• Utilize Jira, TestRail, Confluence and BI tools to plan, execute, and manage defects.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations for performance insights.
• Prepare deliverables like BPR/SRR documents and weekly roadmaps.
