Vertiv is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive data-driven supplier issues resolution and corrective actions. You will lead cross-functional teams, visit suppliers and customers to document needs, and develop 8D reports while ensuring actions are effective.

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
• Solid experience in a quality engineering environment.
• Previous data analytics and reporting experience.
• Data entry proficiency.
• Ability to analyze current warranty claims and create improvement strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Support determining the data driven top supplier field issues list and verify an owner is assigned.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions through problem solving.
• Visit suppliers to document improvement needs and escalate actions.
• Evaluate corrective actions for effectiveness and remedial needs.
• Present reports on quality performance to management and stakeholders.
• Develop 8D and supplier reports and communicate outcomes of investigations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Service, Manufacturing/Operations, Sales and Supplier Quality to resolve issues.
• Create analytic reporting around warranty data using Excel, SQL and Power BI.
