Darwin A.I. is seeking a Marketing Analyst to turn data into insights that drive growth. You will analyze marketing performance, uncover trends, and provide recommendations while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.

Responsibilities include creating dashboards, optimizing campaigns, conducting market research and segmentation, and reporting ROI. The role offers a soft hybrid setup with remote work options.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or data analysis role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
