IPF Digital, trading as Creditea in Mexico, seeks a Credit Risk Analyst to join the hub credit team. You will develop and monitor credit risk strategies, analyze origination and portfolio performance, and work with Creditea to drive growth in the Mexican market.

The role requires hands-on data analysis, strong SQL/DWH skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. Hybrid work setup and career growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM is required.
• 1+ years of experience in Credit Risk or Data Science.

Responsabilidades

• Support and participate in the definition of credit risk strategy by elaborating and delivering deep and sound analysis of the origination and portfolio performance.
• Extract and process data from various data sources to conduct portfolio analysis.
• Monitor the credit quality of the lending portfolio to identify emerging trends and risks.
• Prepare regular reports and decks on portfolio performance to effectively monitor and manage credit strategy.
• Conduct research and analysis around macroeconomic factors to detect alert trends.
• Support with analyzing, developing, and implementing effective credit policies and procedures to guide lending decisions, risk management strategies and approval process.
• Assist in post implemented review of credit policy changes.
• Support with preparation of credit policy and processes documentation.
• Define and implement experiments to test new data sources to improve customer acquisition and credit risk strategy.
• Develop strong relationships within the team, other areas and functions and key partners to promote business growth in a healthy and sustainable way and improve credit risk assessment processes.
