Reboot Monkey in Santa Fe, Mexico, is seeking a Data Center Technician for a full-time, on-site role supporting critical infrastructure at world-class facilities. You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment to ensure uptime and reliability.

The role requires 3+ years in data center operations, strong cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4, OS2), and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Expert cabling skills: Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber.
• Experience with rack and stack operations.
• Knowledge of power distribution and UPS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.

Compensation & Benefits

$270,000-390,000/year (MXN annual)

Work Schedule

• Full-time permanent position
• Standard business hours with on-call rotation
• Shift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)

• Experience with DCIM platforms - preferred
• Knowledge of ITIL practices - preferred
