AgileEngine, LLC. seeks a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data and architect RTCDP and AJO solutions. You will design XDM schemas, configure identity resolution, and collaborate with marketing on data ingestion and activation.

You will lead data ingestion pipelines, build unified customer profiles, and mentor engineers on AEP best practices while partnering with CRM and analytics teams across the enterprise.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP and AJO.
• Deep understanding of XDM and JSON-based schema design.
• Strong background in data ingestion (REST APIs, cloud storage, streaming).
• Experience with identity management and building unified customer profiles.
• Proficient in SQL and marketing automation workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement robust data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform, focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain XDM schemas with standardized data taxonomies.
• Configure ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) into AEP.
• Define identity resolution frameworks and merge policies for unified profiles.
• Collaborate with Marketing to orchestrate journeys in AJO.
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP.
• Troubleshoot data flows, ensure data quality, governance and privacy compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AEP best practices.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise. This person architects RTCDP and AJO solutions, designs XDM schemas, and configures identity resolution frameworks that power unified customer profiles. Partnering with marketing and analytics teams on data ingestion and activation is central here.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design and implement robust data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), focusing heavily on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain the Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas, ensuring standardized data taxonomies across the organization.
• Configure data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) from various enterprise sources into AEP.
• Define and configure identity resolution frameworks and merge policies to build comprehensive, unified customer profiles.
• Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to build and orchestrate complex, cross-channel customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation across various marketing destinations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data flows, ensuring high data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams regarding AEP best practices.

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Proven hands-on expertise with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically RTCDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Deep understanding of the Experience Data Model (XDM) and JSON-based schema design.
• Strong background in data ingestion (REST APIs, cloud storage connections, streaming endpoints) and data integration strategies.
• Experience with identity management, profile stitching, and building unified customer profiles.
• Proficiency in querying languages (SQL) and an understanding of marketing automation workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate marketing objectives into technical data architectures.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with other Adobe ecosystem tools (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics).
• Previous experience migrating legacy DMP or marketing automation platforms into AEP.
• Adobe certifications in RTCDP or AJO.
