IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a data analytics professional to collect and interpret large datasets, develop dashboards, and support decision-making with accurate insights. You will ensure data integrity, collaborate with BI teams, and deliver timely analytics and reports to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration within GIAD and business analytics teams, with a hybrid work model combining office and remote work.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in statistics, economics, mathematics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong data analysis, data quality, and visualization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, interpret, and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities informing decisions.
• Support development of dashboards, reports and visualizations using PowerPoint and Tableau.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency for analysis.
• Own ad hoc analytics dataset creation and reports as needed.
