Citigroup Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an Ops Sup Analyst 2 to provide day-to-day operations support across record maintenance, account setup, and document control, coordinating with the Core Operations team and relationship managers.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. It offers an entry-level to intermediate path within Citi's operations infrastructure.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Proven organization and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Update help content used by Knowledge Hub end users to service client inquiries.
• Execute work assigned, including annual review certification and change requests.
• Serve as liaison to business for work assignments by asking fact finding questions and content approval.
• Conduct needs assessment and update content or develop content related solutions per business requirements.
• Research and seek out solutions to inquiries on help content and policy changes.
• Monitor work progression ensuring completion of assignments by due date.
• Ensure consistent application of team process controls.
• Fulfilling client needs while delivering an exceptional client experience and adhering to policies.
