Siemens is seeking a data-focused professional to turn data into insights in Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon. The role emphasizes dashboards, ETL, and advanced analytics to inform business decisions and optimize processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop predictive models, and apply ML techniques, with strong SQL, Python, and visualization skills. English proficiency is essential; ERP familiarity is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, and time series analysis.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, clean, and process data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and support decision-making.
• Create predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast trends and improve processes.
• Knowledge of AI techniques (NLP, Computer Vision, Chatbots) for advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, automating data collection and processing.
• Conduct data validation and troubleshooting to resolve data-related issues.
• Document data processes, procedures, and guidelines for consistency.
