Bold Business is seeking a data-focused leader to design and govern our canonical data model across accounts, contacts, candidates, deals, projects, and work records. You will build the foundational data layer for future AI agents and ERP consolidation, ensuring data quality and secure access.

You will collaborate with engineers on an adaptable integration layer, support a Power BI transition, and drive metrics through dashboards and KPI definitions.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on data and analytics with data-modeling focus.
• Ability to design canonical data models across multiple sources.
• SQL proficiency for data exploration, auditing and validation.
• Python for data transformations and pipelines.
• Experience integrating SaaS APIs and handling schema changes.
• Security-aware design of data layers and access controls.
• Early adoption of AI tools to accelerate pipelines and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Define and govern the canonical data model across key entities.
• Establish ingestion validation rules to improve data hygiene.
• Coordinate with engineers to maintain adaptable integration layers.
• Build a semantic layer for Power BI and reporting foundations.
• Architect read paths for internal AI agents to access data.
• Own data quality to prevent defects and ensure trust in metrics.
• Lead migration off legacy systems while preserving history.
• Apply Lean AI to reduce failure points and improve KPIs.
• Monitor unstructured data insights from speech, text, and sentiment.
