Job summary

Vibracoustic de México S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Cycle Counter to support inventory control and audits on-site in Querétaro. You will count raw materials and WIP, verify quantities, and document findings in SAP MM/EWM. The role requires forklift experience, English proficiency, and shift availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in logistics, industrial engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years in inventory controls or audits.
• Experience in manufacturing and automotive industry preferred.
• SAP MM and SAP EWM experience.
• Forklift certification desirable.
• English: intermediate-advanced.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness to change shifts.

Responsibilities

• Identify materials with its part number to run during the workday.
• Identify the area corresponding to the material.
• Review the physical quantity and document in SAP.
• Count raw material and WIP in production.
• Compare counts against existing quantity.
• Report results to logistics manager and Controller.

Cycle Counter (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Identify materials with its part number to run during the workday.
• Identify the area corresponding to the material.
• Review the physical quantity of the required material and document it in the form of cycle count
• Count the material in production of both raw material and product in WIP.
• Perform comparative vs. the existing amount. Reported in the SAP system.
• Report the results of the cycle count document to logistics manager and Controller

Qualifications

• Bachelor in logistics, industrial engineering or related
• At least 3 years in inventory controls, audits
• Experience in Manufacturing, Control Inventory , Warehouse in automotive industry is preferable
• SAP- MM SM EWM
• Forklift Certification Desirable
• 5 why, 8D, Pareto knowledge
• English intermediate advanced
• MS Office Tools
• Change Shifts Availability
