Freudenberg in Mexico is seeking a skilled Inventory Controller to manage cycle counts, material identification, and area assignment in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory controls, SAP MM/EWM experience, forklift certification, and intermediate to advanced English. You will report cycle counts in SAP and communicate results to logistics leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor in logistics, industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in inventory controls and audits.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Inventory Control, Warehouse in automotive industry preferred.
• SAP MM and SAP EWM experience required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of 5 whys, 8D and Pareto methods desirable.
• Intermediate to advanced English; MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify materials with part numbers to run during the workday.
• Determine the area corresponding to each material.
• Review cycle count quantities and document results.
• Count raw materials and WIP in production.
• Compare actual quantities with documentation.
• Record results in the SAP system.
• Report cycle count outcomes to the logistics manager and Controller.

• Identify materials with its part number to run during the workday.
• Identify the area corresponding to the material.
• Review the physical quantity of the required material and document it in the form of cycle count.
• Count the material in production of both raw material and product in WIP.
• Perform comparative vs. the existing amount.
• Reported in the SAP system.
• Report the results of the cycle count document to logistics manager and Controller.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in logistics, industrial engineering or related.
• At least 3 years in inventory controls, audits.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Control Inventory , Warehouse in automotive industry is preferable.
• SAP- MM SM EWM.
• Forklift Certification.
• Desirable 5 why, 8D, Pareto knowledge.
• English intermediate advanced MS Office Tools.
• Change Shifts Availability.
