Valeo is seeking a Cycle Counter in our Logistics team to support inventory reliability and counts. The role focuses on listing available items, executing counts per the schedule, and entering data to ensure reliable stock reporting.

You will compare theoretical and physical stocks, and alert on deviations to prevent losses. The position is full-time, permanent, based in a Valeo facility, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and continuous process improvement.

Formación

• Inventory handling and data entry skills.
• Ability to follow schedules and counts.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock reporting.

• Respect and enforce environmental, energy and health and safety standards; alert deviations.
• Comply with current policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement and implement improvement actions.
• Respect product handling rules and stock integrity.
• Partially replace higher qualification roles if required.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies.

Inventory reliability

• - List available items.
• - Carry out the counts according to the frequency (schedule) assigned to it and respecting the priorities.
• - Enter data into the database and ensure the reliability of the data reported.
• - Compare theoretical stocks and physical stocks.
• - Alert in the event of deviations to avoid breakages or losses.
• - Check the DLC of consumables.
• - Carry out waste audits to ensure the reliability of declarations.
• - Participate in the preparation and completion of the periodic general inventory.
• - Control receipt of orders

RESPONSIBILITIES

Level 1

• - Respect and enforce all standards in terms of environmental management, energy and health and safety risk prevention and alert in the event of deviation.
• - Comply with current policies and procedures .
• - Participate in the continuous improvement process within the team, in particular through the emergence and implementation of PAs.
• - Respect the rules for respecting the product.

Level 2

• - May be required to partially replace a higher qualification job.

Level 3

• - Participate in the analysis of inventory discrepancies.
