Job summary

IQVIA Inc in Mexico City is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support vulnerability management, external attack surface oversight, and CTEM program governance. You will triage findings, coordinate remediation with asset owners, and help maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for exposure and SLA adherence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, 2+ years in IT or information security, and fluent English. Cybersecurity certifications and scripting skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate vulnerability and external attack surface scanning
• Triage, validate and prioritize findings using severity, threat intel and asset criticality
• Identify asset owners and track remediation tickets against SLAs
• Support the penetration testing program: scope details, tests, remediation tracking and retests
• Monitor threat intelligence for new vulnerabilities and assess impact
• Maintain SOPs and dashboards/KPIs on exposure, aging and SLA adherence
• Escalate high-risk exposures to Senior Analyst
