INETUM HOLDING MEXICO seeks an experienced OT Cybersecurity Specialist to design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity controls for industrial environments. You will secure ICS/SCADA systems, manage risk, and ensure compliance with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, and ISO 27001, bridging IT and OT teams to improve resilience.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial networks, or cybersecurity operations.
• Hands-on experience securing ICS/SCADA and OT networks, including risk management and security controls.
• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 2 years focused on OT/ICS or critical infrastructure security.

Experienced OT Cybersecurity Specialist with expertise in develops and maintains cybersecurity controls for industrial environments, securing industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA environments, and critical operational technology infrastructure. Skilled in cybersecurity risk management, vulnerability assessment, security architecture, incident response, and compliance with industry standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, and ISO 27001. Proven ability to bridge the gap between IT and OT teams to enhance resilience, reduce cyber risks, and support safe, reliable industrial operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial networks, or cybersecurity operations supporting critical infrastructure environments.
• Hands‑on experience securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA environments, and Operational Technology (OT) networks, including risk management and security controls implementation.
• Proven experience in OT cybersecurity, vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance with standards such as IEC 62443 and NIST.
• Experience working with industrial environments, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to implement and maintain cybersecurity controls.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 2 years focused on OT, ICS, or critical infrastructure security.
