A leading energy management company in Apodaca, Nuevo León, is searching for a Customs Coordinator to oversee import-export operations and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, along with 2-3 years of experience in Customs or International Trade. Formación

  • Knowledge regarding the manufacturing Industry, Customs, Logistics and International Trade.

Responsabilidades

  • Digital and physical Record Keeping Control of import-export operations.
  • Import-Export border operation in R&D center and Maquilas.
  • Annex 24 Database integrity.
  • BOMs follow up and upload into inventory control system.
  • Communication with internal customers and suppliers (customs brokers).
  • Support on back up activities for Northbound/Southbound operations.

Customs Coordinator

This position is responsible for Customs Operations and Record Keeping control. Support on customs documentation and achieving the legal dispositions and applicable procedures by Customs and Compliance such as correct clearance of import/export shipments, database integrity, BOMs track and upload which must be delivered on time according to plant requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital and physical Record Keeping Control of import-export operations.
  • Import-Export border operation in R&D center and Maquilas.
  • Annex 24 Database integrity
  • BOMs follow up and upload into inventory control system.
  • Communication with internal customers and suppliers (customs brokers)
  • Support on back up activities for Northbound/Southbound operations
