A global advertising platform is seeking a Customer Support Engineer in Mexico. In this role, you will provide high-level technical support for the company's system, manage issues via chat and email, and assist with debugging and product integrations. The ideal candidate has expertise in Linux, MySQL, and web technologies like HTML5/CSS3. Intermediate+ English proficiency is required.

Formación

• Expertise with Linux shell.
• Experience with MySQL database management.
• Knowledge of bug tracking systems preferred (e.g., Youtrack, Jira).
• Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3/JS for web interfaces.
• Familiarity with RestAPI for integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support via chat and email.
• Investigate and solve issues related to different products.
• Debug and troubleshoot product integrations.
• Prepare and run queries in the database.
• Design widgets for customer use.

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will have a chance to join our Support team and provide a high-level technical support of MGID system.

What You'll Do:

• Technical support via chat and email
• Investigating and solving issues related to different products
• Debug and troubleshooting integrations
• Preparing and running queries in DB
• Widgets Design

Requirements

Who You Are:

You possess an expertise with:

• Linux shell
• MySQL
• Bug Tracking Systems (Youtrack, Jira, etc.)
• HTML5/CSS3/JS
• RestAPI

Will be a plus:

• Any programming language

Language proficiency:

• Intermediate+ English level
• Native Ukrainian
