Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer relationships post-sale, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, and retention strategies to ensure customers realise full value from the platform.
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to identify upsell opportunities and provide feedback on client needs.
  • Manage client health metrics, proactively addressing risks and churn.
  • Conduct regular check‑ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Guide clients on best practices for platform use, while troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues in collaboration with support teams.
  • Deliver consistent customer satisfaction through responsiveness, consultative guidance, and results‑oriented engagement.
