Aon Affinity is seeking a Customer Success Advisor to impact the growth of our company and help redefine how companies take care of insurance online.

The Client Service Advisor will focus on retaining, renewing, and growing existing accounts within our CoverWallet HealthCare program. Multiple positions available.

This is a hybrid opportunity with the flexibility to work both virtually and two or three days per week out of either our Fort Washington, PA, Houston, TX or Rochester NY office.

Will be required to acquire within three months of hire date. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience. Recent college grads will be considered.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $40,000 to $50,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
