PPG in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a detail‑driven professional to support order management and customer service activities. You will handle incoming emails, process Oracle credits and Service Now rebills, generate reports, and stay current on procedures and system upgrades.

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience (Desirable in order management or customer service).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
