A leading service provider in Baja California is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in sales/customer service. Responsibilities include interacting with customers professionally, processing orders through an ERP system, and resolving complaints timely. Strong bi-lingual skills and the ability to multi-task are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Formación

  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a remote environment.

  • Interact with external and internal customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner through all forms of communication, including written and verbal. Maintains a positive and enthusiastic approach at all times.
  • Process customer orders through ERP system from fax or email in a timely manner.
  • Provide pricing and delivery information, proactively follows up on customer requests
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze and creatively solve customer concerns while creating opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
  • Manage, organize and prioritize workload to maximize completion of daily responsibilities.
  • Makes a strong effort to develop appropriate solutions prior to engaging manager on complex issues.
  • Assist customers by checking on orders, processing returns, and solving order issues.
  • Answer standard product questions and provide standard product quotes for customers.
  • Interact with external and internal customers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner though all forms of communication including written and verbal. Maintains a positive, enthusiastic approach at all times.
  • Learn, understand and implement department policy and procedures.
  • Acts as a liaison between the customer, production and/or shipping to address and resolve problems.
  • Maintain customer files by organizing paperwork and updating customer information in ERP system and other databases
  • Performs all other duties as assigned or requested
Education/Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree
Experience
  • Minimum two-years’ experience working in sales/customer service in technical or related field
Qualifications
  • Bi-lingual
  • Working knowledge of ERP, MRP, and MS Office Suite
  • Attention to detail, accurate
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
