LMI Aerospace in Mexicali, BC, is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on Production Control to manage demand planning and order priorities.

The role requires 6 months of CSR experience in production control, strong English skills, and proficiency with MS Office and AS400. You will monitor delivery schedules, analyze reports, and coordinate with internal teams to keep customer commitments.

Formación

• English language proficiency at least 90%.
• Professional degree is required.
• 6 months of related CSR experience in Production Control.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Download/Extract & Analyze customer Discrete & Min-Max demand from their portal/tool.
• Develop plan to support/fulfill customer Discrete and Min Max demand.
• Set and monitor priority for OSP jobs and/or shipments.
• Update horse blanket/LOB, customer portal(s).
• Communicate with customer in timely fashion.
• Set and manage PRIORITY when planning and communicating Customer CRITICAL parts internally.
• Run, analyze and take action on different reporting.
• Analyze information in Dispatch-Status on open jobs, jobs not moving, CS42 scan, etc.
• Review makes not released by Production Control.
• Review new adds/changes to delivery schedule and drive actions from POC.
• Review demand coverage/shortages and address with the appropriate owners.
