A global technology company in Santiago de Querétaro is seeking an Administrative Support professional responsible for scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and providing general support. Candidates should have a high school diploma, relevant industry experience, and strong communication skills. Flexibility in a dynamic work environment is essential. Professional English is preferred.

  • Provides general administrative support

  • Prepares and creates management presentations and reports

  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers and supervisors

  • Provides professional assistance via phone, mail and e-mail

  • Organizes events & conferences

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree

Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience

Relevant certifications, system experience, and training

High level of commitment and flexibility

Agility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment

Professional-Level English language skills preferred
