GKN Sinter Metals Mexico is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and ensuring a positive experience across channels.

The role requires English and Spanish communication skills, experience in customer service within a manufacturing environment, and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office. You will support cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Process customer orders, provide order status updates, and manage changes or cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics) to ensure seamless service.
• Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team goals.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required by the customer service department.

Job Qualifications**

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (required due to location).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to empathize with customers and effectively de-escalate difficult situations.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to make sound judgments.
