A manufacturing company in Mexicali is seeking a Quality Manager to handle customer complaints and coordinate internal audits. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 5 to 7 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent communication skills and advanced English proficiency are required.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up and resolve customer complaints (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, or other methodologies).
  • Coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions with internal areas such as Production, Engineering, and Quality.
  • Analyze customer quality indicators and generate performance reports.
  • Support customer audits and coordinate internal audits related to quality.
  • Manage communication with customers regarding quality topics (PPAP, APQP, engineering changes, etc.).
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on customer satisfaction and waste reduction.
  • Keep quality documentation updated in compliance with ISO/IATF standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years in Quality areas manufacturing industry (preferably metal-mechanical, automotive, or precision manufacturing).
  • Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA).
  • Experience handling customer complaints and applying root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Advanced English (essential for communication with international customers).
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and quality management systems.
