American Eagle Outfitters in La Paz seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive daily sales, and maintain a neat, well-presented store environment. You will promote AE loyalty programs, provide product knowledge, and assist customers with outfits and current promotions.

The role requires flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, strong communication, teamwork, and tech proficiency to operate store systems and processes.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and educate customers on benefits.
• Use store tools to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support coworkers by sharing knowledge and assisting in service.
• Assist customers in outfit selection and current promotions.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized store and stock areas.
• Process transactions accurately and follow cash control procedures.
• Restock returns and label damaged merchandise properly.
• Ensure backroom SOPs are followed and merchandise flow is efficient.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and escalate when needed.
