SAP is seeking a driven student to support commercial processes for SAP customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Partner teams to address customer cases and influence priorities based on account analysis.

You will gain exposure to SAP's customer lifecycle and strategy, supporting renewal activities and ensuring successful resolution of escalations within a diverse, dynamic team.

Formación

• Pursuing studies in Engineering, Business, IT, Economics, or related field.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; strong analytical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Drive commercial outcomes for SAP customers, from contract renewal to controlled termination.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Partner teams to resolve customer cases.
• Analyze customer accounts to help prioritize next actions for the team.
