A leading snack company is looking for a Temporary Customer Services & Collaboration Head in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico. The role involves leading collaborative efforts to improve service levels and inventory management with distributors across the Caribbean. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in customer service and logistics, along with strong forecasting and order management skills. Join us to shape the future of snacking!
Are you driven by collaboration and passionate about elevating customer experience across international markets? Join our Customer Supply Chain & Logistics team as the Temporary Customer Services & Collaboration Head. You’ll spearhead interdisciplinary efforts to enhance service levels, on-shelf availability, and gross sales with distributors across the Caribbean Islands, while supporting export operations.
In this role, you’ll integrate commercial insights into replenishment systems for top business partners, co-create strategic commercial plans with cross-functional teams, and ensure product availability through accurate sell-out forecasting. You’ll lead customer engagement programs, drive CS&L business reviews, and own the US-sourced product availability process for Caricam, acting as the key liaison with US teams.
This is a 6 months period temporary role.
