A leading consumer care firm in Tijuana is looking for a Bilingual Consumer Care Representative to provide exceptional support to consumers. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, managing tickets, and communicating with the team. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in customer support and is fluent in English. This role offers a Monday through Friday work schedule from 7 AM to 5 PM.

Formación

• Minimum of 1-3 years in a customer support role, preferably within a high-volume call and chat center environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Freshdesk or similar customer support software.
