Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing online curriculum and e-learning content.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
• Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy) and adult learning theories.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience in creating multimedia learning assets (video, audio, graphics) is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
