Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Logistics Analyst – Border Operations to support cross-border supply chain optimization between the United States and Mexico. You will analyze transportation data, monitor carrier performance, and coordinate with brokers, carriers, and internal teams to improve service and reduce costs.

In this role, you will develop KPIs and dashboards, manage bidder processes, and ensure regulatory compliance across borders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation analytics, or related functions.
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or transportation environments.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with logistics or supply chain systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation data, freight performance, and carrier trends across OTR, IMDL, and Rail.
• Monitor logistics performance and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to support decisions.
• Evaluate carrier performance, freight spend, transit times, and reliability.
• Support cross-border logistics coordination between US and Mexico.
• Ensure SOPs and regulatory compliance are maintained.
