Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or transportation environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with logistics/SCM systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation data and performance across OTR, IMDL, and Rail.
• Monitor carrier performance, spend, and transit times.
• Support cross-border logistics between Mexico and the U.S.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and action-orientated reports.
• Collaborate with brokers, carriers, and warehouses to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives.
