Yinlun TDI LLC seeks an Application Engineer – HVAC to support customer applications across the U.S. and Mexico. The role is primarily based in Monterrey, MX, with ~50% travel to Morton, IL and cross-border collaboration with HQ.

Ideal candidates have a solid background in thermal systems or HVAC for automotive or commercial vehicles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with frequent cross-border interaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, thermal, or related engineering field.
• 3–8+ years in application engineering, thermal systems, or HVAC roles.
• Experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, or off-highway equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, heat exchangers, and thermal management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical interface for U.S. and Mexico programs.
• Analyze RFQs and develop HVAC/thermal solutions per requirements.
• Collaborate with U.S. teams and HQ on design, validation, and development.
• Support design, development, and optimization of HVAC for commercial vehicles and off-highway equipment.
• Participate in testing, validation, and product performance evaluation.
• Support project execution to meet timelines, quality, and cost targets.
• Attend customer meetings and provide technical presentations and support.
