Colgate-Palmolive in Mexico City is seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to optimize credit risk, drive proactive collections, and ensure accurate cash application. You will safeguard internal controls, enforce policies, and partner with Finance and Logistics to improve working capital.

The role requires a finance-related bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in AR/collections, with strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle). On-site office in Mexico City with a dynamic, inclusive team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Customer Service, or admin finance roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate creditworthiness by reviewing financials, credit reports and payment history.
• Lead collection strategies to reduce delinquency and optimize DSO.
• Review deductions and credit notes ensuring compliance with controls.
• Assist in month-end close with cash forecasting and aging analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment delays and automate workflows.
