Citigroup Inc. is seeking an entry-level Field Sales Representative in Querétaro to provide customer service and meet sales targets for financial products. You will work with the Consumer Sales Team to build client relationships and match products to client needs.

Responsibilities include advising clients, cross-selling products, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations while protecting the firm’s reputation and assets.

Formación

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in financial sales preferred.
• Proficient computer and technology skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of relevant financial regulations.
• Effective problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain high value accounts by providing expert and professional advice and promoting high level portfolios and other financial products.
• Cross-sell an expansive set of products and services to existing customers through tailored offers.
• Analyze new and existing client interests, problems, and potential needs for new products and services.
• Receive and process service requests for clients to achieve transfers with low rejection rates in customer certifications.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and stay current on applicable regulations by training programs.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets set by management.
• Adhere to laws and regulations governing Telesales in a complex sales environment.
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold Citigroup's reputation and assets, drive compliance, and escalate/control issues with transparency.
