A dynamic natural food tech company is seeking a Creative Strategist with a strong performance marketing background. This fully remote role focuses on crafting and scaling ad creatives aimed at conversion within paid media channels. The position demands experience in direct-response copywriting, a collaborative spirit with media buyers, and the ability to lead creative strategy. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a clear understanding of what drives ad performance, ensuring high-impact campaigns are achieved.

Happy Mammoth is a fast-growing natural food tech business selling across the US, Australia, and Europe. We formulate, produce, and market gut, digestive, and microbiome health supplements— and performance marketing is a core growth driver for us.
This is not a brand or content role. This role sits squarely in paid acquisition and performance creative.
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with a direct-response mindset, ideally someone who started as a copywriter and evolved into performance creative strategy.
You will work closely with media buyers, copywriters, designers, and growth teams to develop, test, iterate, and scale ad creatives across paid channels (primarily Meta).
This role is about what converts, not what “looks good.”
