Meaningful is a growing, remote-first growth and product studio that partners with startups to grow visibility and revenue through SEO, content, Webflow, Framer, and go-to-market execution. We seek a design leader who can guide a small team and own landing pages and websites end-to-end.

You will direct a designer and a Webflow developer, make final UX and visual calls, and work closely with clients to sharpen positioning and value propositions.

Formación

• Strong design taste and UX instincts, with a portfolio or track record to show it.
• Experience directing designers and/or developers, not just executing individually.
• Platform awareness, comfortable working in or briefing Webflow (or similar)
• Strong judgment on landing pages, websites, and overall user experience
• Professional English, you''ll present work directly to clients
• Comfort with core positioning and messaging fundamentals, enough to guide a client who hasn''t defined their value prop yet
• Working copywriting ability, AI-assisted or not, you''ll be writing copy yourself, not handing it to a writer

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and build of landing pages and websites for growth marketing clients
• Direct a designer and a Webflow developer, holding the line on taste and messaging quality
• Make final calls on UX, layout, and visual direction across projects
• Partner directly with the client to shape or sharpen their positioning and value prop when it isn''t already clear, most clients don''t walk in with this solved
• Write first-pass copy for the pages you lead (AI-assisted is expected), then refine it with the client, we typically don''t have a dedicated writer on these engagements
• Own client reviews and presentations for creative work
• Use data directionally: you ask "did this work?" but aren''t necessarily running formal statistical tests
