Job summary

Poco Bero in Mérida, Mexico, is hiring a Graphic Designer to own the creative for paid ads, email campaigns, and brand assets. You will drive design direction, collaborate with marketing and operations, and ship high-impact visuals that align with the Poco Bero brand.

You will work closely with the marketing team, handle multiple formats from static ads to video content, and thrive in a fast-paced startup setting where ownership and pace matter.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing ads, social content, and email design.
• Solid grasp of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, hierarchy.
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator; video editing skills required (Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Experience creating content for consumer-packaged goods (CPG) brands is a plus.
• Able to work with US-based teams and maintain brand consistency across assets.

Responsibilities

• Design static ads for paid social and digital campaigns (≈10 per month).
• Edit video ads and short-form content to stop the scroll.
• Design email campaigns and automated flows.
• Create brand collateral: product photos, packaging mockups, presentations.
• Maintain on-brand assets: logo, colors, typography.
• Provide creative direction and propose paths when direction is open-ended.
• Participate in briefs and plan with marketing and operations teams.
• Collaborate with photographers, copywriters, and content creators to finalize projects.
• Deliver final files and layered sources; keep asset library organized.
