Job summary

ABB en México busca un Supervisor de Producción para liderar operaciones de producción, instalación y mantenimiento de equipos en procesos de automatización. Reportar al responsable de producción y garantizar la continuidad operativa diaria, manteniendo estándares y seguridad.

El/la candidato/a ideal aportará experiencia en producción y capacidad de resolver incidencias, supervisando equipos y materiales para cumplir los plazos de producción.

Qualifications

• Estás inmerso/a en / comprometido/a / absorbido/a en / altamente capacitado/a en/use de herramientas y metodologías relevantes y el mercado del sector correspondiente
• Tienes X años de experiencia en el campo relevante (OPCIONAL: trabajando como X con productos o tecnologías relevantes)
• Posees conocimiento avanzado de plataformas/softwares especializados
• Te apasiona / te atrapan / eres innovador/a en habilidades blandas relevantes
• Tienes un título relevante o historial demostrado en el tema
• Te resulta fácil comunicarte en los idiomas requeridos
• Tienes licencias vigentes válidas en el lugar de trabajo y visa/permisos de trabajo cuando correspondan

Responsibilities

• Ejecutar las tareas asignadas de acuerdo con los flujos de trabajo y procesos de ABB y reportar incumplimientos
• Realizar pruebas de calidad de los equipos y resolver problemas en el proceso de producción
• Garantizar la disponibilidad de materiales requeridos para ejecutar el trabajo
• Asumir la operación diaria y mantenimiento de equipos en uso y resolver fallas para mantener los calendarios de producción

Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform a vital role in the production, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment used in various manufacturing and automation processes. Each day, you will ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of equipment and systems. You will also showcase your expertise by conducting specialized work assignments as part of the production processes.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Executing the assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance.
• Performing regular quality testing of the equipment, if needed, as part of a defined production process and troubleshooting and reporting issues, if any.
• Ensuring the availability of required materials to execute the assigned work according to the defined workflow.
• Taking responsibility for the proper operation and daily maintenance of equipment in use and addressing any malfunctions to maintain production schedules.
