Job Description:

The cPLM Senior PMO role is a critical role within the transformation program, as it will be responsible for building and maintaining an effective operating model across the program, orchestrating the decision making drumbeat and driving best in class stakeholder engagement and senior sponsor through comms and forums. PLM includes Product specifications, Recipe Management, Supplier Collaboration, External Manufacturing, Claims etc

To be successful, this role will work in partnership with the cPLM Corporate Senior Manager, the DT Product & Pack Digital Core Portfolio Lead, the Segment GPOS and DT leads, the wider cPLM program organization, the Corporate and DT program directors and sponsors.

What are we looking for?

The global PMO will be a key enabler of success of the cPLM program, as the successful candidate will create, sustain and drive a robust program management practice throughout the organization. Innovative tools and techniques must be used to great effect in order to achieve the accelerated deployment timeline of 3 years.

We are looking for an experienced PMO who will provide PM expertise, and provide oversight to a distributed group of regional deployment organizations comprised of both internal and external resources (across multiple 3rd parties). This role facilitates continuous transparency across the program, and directly supports the global program leadership layer via effective monitoring, consolidation, and escalation of sub-program and project status reports in order to provide a true cross work stream global program view.

The successful candidate will use their expertise and breadth of experience to bring external perspective to the program, as well as inject novel approaches wherever they can add value.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Operating Model:
  • Assists in creating and supporting a robust governance process in accordance with relevant industry best practice (Portfolio, Program and Project Management).

  • Oversees the build capability within all workstreams (cPLM, data, process, tech) and drives compliance with best practice via value added oversight, including but not limited to: program/project reviews, status tracking, risk/issue escalation, dependency mapping, process adherence, etc.

  • Designs and owns all relevant program management tools and templates, using same to ensure consistency across the program

  • Supports the use of Agile techniques, including iterative sprints, daily stand ups, prioritized backlogs, etc (with the SI)

  • Refine and maintain R&D Operating Model

  • Update and maintain R&D Stakeholder Mapping

Orchestration of decision drumbeat
  • Lead and facilitate SteerCos, consolidating critical decisions across streams (e.g., system, data, process), maintains view on all risks, raises roadblocks proactively and develops hypothesis solutions

  • Facilitate / lead meetings with senior stakeholders to align on outputs,

  • Facilitates the central program agenda (R&D weekly LT update, Steering Groups for cPLM; cPLM operational steerco, R&D VPs update, R&D LT update) and coordinates the associated logistics (meeting invites and calendars, agenda in collaboration with key stakeholders, pre-reads and minutes).

  • Drives overall effectiveness by creating and enacting a program operating model that ensures projects are delivered according to plan, and that deviations are addressed via a comprehensive change management approach

  • Works with the S&F Co-Pilot and the DT Analyst to monitor the central budget and consolidates the overall total program and per program spend to targets

Effective Stakeholder Engagement strategy & key sponsor monitoring for Q&FS and cPLM
  • Creates and maintain an effective Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and creates the Communication Plan with the Change Manager

  • Ongoing senior stakeholder engagement (e.g., RDLT, DTLT, MLT), Develop engagement materials (e.g. powerpoints, email briefings) and storylines for senior stakeholders. Plans flight path and required pre wires to facilitate decisions” – e.g., who needs to be engaged before SteerCos, DA’s to facilitate decisions,

  • Build agenda, develop powerpoint decisions to support decisions, conduct briefing/prewire meetings with relevant senior leaders, and record actions and critical decisions across streams - Create tailored communication materials for RDLT and impacted population cascades specific to cPLM

TIGG Submission
  • Overall orchestration of all future enterprise TIGG submissions for the cPLM program, supported by a junior analyst, S&F co-pilot and segment leads. This will be supported by the cPLM program defined TIGG submission RACI. Direction and alignment support from cPLM program corporate and DT director(s).
