Mondelez México seeks a proactive Customer Service & Logistics professional to be the single contact for a portfolio of customers, managing escalations and supporting service targets.

You will leverage customer data to improve on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service and promotions, collaborating cross-functionally to drive service levels and sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in CS&L and with customers.
• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Customer orientation, strong influencing and communication skills.

Responsabilités
