Qualifikationen

• Active CPA license in Mexico or equivalent international certification.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in tax accounting and consulting.
• Proven expertise in Mexican tax law (ISR, IVA) and international tax principles.
• Experience with transfer pricing, tax structuring, and cross-border transactions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong client management and business development skills.
• Fluency in English for international client interactions.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive tax consulting services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and advisory.
• Analyze complex tax regulations and advise clients on implications and opportunities.
• Prepare and review corporate and individual tax returns for national and international clients.
• Develop and implement tax optimization strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring compliance.
• Advise on transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Assist clients with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
• Conduct tax research and stay abreast of evolving tax laws across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated client solutions.
• Develop and deliver training on tax topics to clients and staff.
