A leading mobility solutions company in León, Mexico, seeks a Country Finances Controlling Manager to oversee accounts receivable, manage treasury functions, and enhance financial processes. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP skills, experience in compliance and reporting, and familiarity with Mexican tax regulations. This role offers a dynamic environment to drive financial performance and improve processes.

Formación

COUNTRY FINANCES CONTROLLING MANAGER

Responsibility 1: Accounts receivable

  • Activity 1.1: Weekly monitoring retrieval budget to ensure compliance.
  • Activity 1.2: Load the ICO invoices into Netting Group Tool,.
  • Activity 1.3: Customer Remittance detail with SAP documents for the documents paid to ensure proper payment application.
  • Activity 1.4: Generation and monitoring of tooling invoices
  • Activity 1.5: Detect areas of opportunity for better performance of the Accounts Receivable analyst and avoid as much as possible invoices due or short payments not identified for issues attributable to finance or lack of detection of issues attributable to other departments
  • Activity 16: Validation that SNCRs in SAP have been billed and transfer to AP for supplier application.
  • Activity 17: Weekly overdue invoice Report send to Corporate.
  • Activity 18: AR standardization for OEM’s in Mexico regarding CFDI 3.3 business rules for non-productive sales orders for Tooling and services.

Responsibility 2: Treasury.

  • Activity 2.1: Daily update of the bank file for bank accounts management.
  • Activity 2.2: Cash In payment application.
  • Activity 23: Netting payment application in SAP AR and AP documents for CES Mexico, Also follow up with AP and Treasury responsible to ensure alignment with documents uploaded by ICO counterparts
  • Activity 2.4: Backup of the treasury responsible.
  • Activity 2.5: Generation of payment supplements in collection in alignment with Mexican Tax Authority for Mexican entities.

Responsibility 3: Key user

  • Activity 3.1: Detect areas of opportunity to improve current financial processes in SAP (CxP and CxC).
  • Activity 3.2: Creation and monitoring of tickets created in PO Desk.
  • Activity 3.3: Validations of developments with the IS&S team and with the areas involved (CxC, CxP, taxes, etc.)
  • Activity 3.4: Ensure that financial processes are ready for new clients (CFDI 3.3, SAP reports, etc.)
  • Activity 3.5: Ensure that financial processes are ready for new entities (Customer Flows, ICO flows, validation of documents requested from SAP and coordination with other areas to ensure alignment with the Direction requirements)

Responsibility 4: Accounting.

  • Activity 4.1: Validation of sales closing (VF04, VFX3, Markup analysis, Intraco).
  • Activity 4.2: Provisions and closing records.
  • Activity 4.3: Reclassifications related to tooling and developments.
  • Activity 4.4: Cost Sharing application
