The Franke Group is seeking a skilled cost accounting professional to manage monthly closing, analyze Sales, Inventory, COGS, and other KPIs. You will develop costing standards, oversee labor/overhead rates, and produce management commentary and dashboards for Finance leadership.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 6 years in cost accounting, ERP experience, and strong Excel skills. English fluency is required; travel may be needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Six (6) years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and report on monthly close, Sales, Inventory, COGS, and related operational metrics.
• Develop standard costing and overhead rates; compare budget vs. actuals; suggest improvements.
• Perform monthly closing duties and advise on accruals and accounting treatment.
• Prepare commentary and dashboards for Finance leadership on performance vs budget/forecast.
• Create complex reports and dashboards using in-house platforms.
• Support yearly budgeting for Sales and COGS; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate physical inventory planning and external auditor requests.
• Assist with process improvements in inventory and fixed assets.
