Franke LLC in Mexico is seeking a seasoned Cost Accountant to own the monthly close, analyze Sales, Inventory, COGS and other operational metrics, and develop labor and overhead rates for budgeting and forecasting.

The role prepares commentary for Finance leadership, builds complex reports and dashboards, coordinates with ERP and inventory processes, supports annual budgets, and works with auditors to ensure accurate, timely financial closes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Six years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems in manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for financial performance and reporting of the monthly close for plant operations.
• Analyze Sales, Inventory, COGS, and other operational metrics; develop labor and overhead rates.
• Perform monthly close and advise on accruals and accounting treatment.
• Prepare commentary and reporting for Finance leadership.
• Develop complex custom reports and dashboards using in-house platforms.
• Partner with Finance leadership on yearly budgets.
• Coordinate with auditors and manage inventory costing processes.
• Support master data integrity for bill of materials and related inventory transactions.
