Job summary

A2MAC1 is seeking a highly motivated Costing Engineer for its team in Querétaro. You will carry out cost studies, analyze materials and manufacturing processes, and support customers by applying internal costing methodologies.

You will engage in cost/performance benchmarking, value analysis, and design-to-cost activities; communicate results to customers and drive opportunities to reduce cost while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or master in a related field.
• Experience in cost engineering or design-to-cost.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cost studies using internal tools and methodologies.
• Benchmark cost/performance and conduct value analyses.
• Prepare reports meeting required quality standards.
• Interact with customers to present costing results.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost while maintaining quality.
