HP Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Cost Accounting Financial Analyst to support financial management through analysis, reporting, and variance research. You will help with budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring reporting compliance while engaging internal stakeholders.

The role involves closing books, analyzing variances and trends, and developing forecasts that align with business objectives. 0–2 years of related experience preferred; CPA/CFA certifications are a plus.

Formación

• Four-year Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Performs data extraction and diagnosis of financial drivers to inform stakeholders.
• Conducts comprehensive financial analysis for functions or business units.
• Provides inputs for monthly expenses and capital review for budgeting and forecasting.
• Interprets forecasts, budgets, income statements, and cash flow documents.
• Supports closing the books and developing forecasts aligned with objectives.
• Ensures compliance with reporting standards and internal controls.
• Supports priority projects with data analysis and regular updates.
