Stanley Black & Decker seeks a CSSS Security Manager for the Cautitlan, Mexico site to lead security and safety operations, including CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, and first response. You will support site leadership and coordinate with protection teams to ensure a secure environment.

The role focuses on C-TPAT compliance, third-party security vendor oversight, and controlled visitor management, with travel under 10% as required to protect assets and people.

Formación

• High School Degree or higher.
• 2+ years related security experience.
• C-TPAT and regulatory compliance experience a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• CPR/AED/First Aid training.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Security & Safety Services of the site.
• C-TPAT Champion.
• Manage the 3rd party vendor security services.
• Directing visitors and controlling access at all Security Posts.
• Monitoring CCTV, security and fire suppression systems.
• Patrolling and securing areas inside and outside the facility.
• Documenting security and safety related incidents.
• First Responder to a Crisis Situation; provide First Aid / CPR / AED.
• Implementing physical security improvements.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

What You'll Do:

As a CSSS Security Manager, you'll be part of our team located in Cautitlan, Mexico. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks supporting the site. This position reports to the Regional Security Manager and will work closely with site leadership, Asset Protection professionals, local law enforcement and outside consultants, as required. Schedule may be modified at times based on security coverage needs. There may be travel required - less than 10%.

Your Primary Focus Will Be:

• Security & Safety Services of the site

You also have:

• High School Degree or higher.
• 2 years or more related security/law enforcement experience.
• C-TPAT and/or Regulatory Compliance experience is a plus.
• Microsoft Office computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Physical fitness is essential and proficiency in a martial art and / or other defensive skill is desirable.
• CPR / AED / First Aid Training.
• Strong leadership skills including effective oral and written communication, issue resolution, negotiation, motivating others, collaborative, team player, ability to deal with obstacles and partner with senior management to identify / solve problems.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, drug screen is required.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
