Medtronic plc à Tijuana recherche un Coordinateur Production II. Vous assurerez les plannings matière et l’atteinte des objectifs de production dans le respect des GMP et des standards qualité.

Le candidat dispose d’un diplôme de baccalauréat et d’environ 5 années d’expérience en exploitation dans le secteur des dispositifs médicaux, avec connaissance des KPI, de Lean Manufacturing et des flux logistiques. Vous travaillerez sur site et participerez à l’optimisation des procédés et à la réduction

• Expérience en opérateur dans dispositifs médicaux ou poste similaire.
• Connaissance des GMP et des pratiques Lean.
• Connaissance des KPI et du suivi de production.
• Pouvoir analyser et proposer des améliorations de procédés.

Responsabilidades

• Maintien des plannings matières et disponibilité pour la production.
• Compilation des enregistrements sur les quantités, coûts et stocks.
• Expédition et flux des matériaux entre départements selon les plannings.
• Identifier les pénuries possibles et recommander des actions correctives.

Vous dirigerez avec détermination en surmontant les obstacles à l’innovation dans un monde davantage connecté et compatissant.**Journée type** Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.* Maintains schedules for material requirements and availability for the manufacture of industrial and commercial products to support production control.* Compiles records concerning quantity, cost, and type of material received, shipped, in stock or inventory, and/or in production.* Expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules.* Assists in determining possible and actual shortages.* May initiate action to correct these deficiencies.* Uses knowledge of production, procurement, and engineering departments to alert proper authorities regarding potential problems and appropriate remedial action.* Estimates and logs production rate and time expenditures and may be required to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates. **PRODUCTION SUPPORT CAREER STREAM:**Provides support in manufacturing operations and/or distribution centers including assembly, machinery, processing, packaging, and/or distribution of company products. May set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities in machines, with higher levels recommending and/or making adjustments to methods and processes. May be involved in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or storage of products in distribution centers.**DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS****Autonomy:**Seasoned individual contributor who provides assistance and training to lower level employees. Works under limited supervision, with no instruction needed on routine work and general instructions given on new activities. Thoroughly knows operating equipment and established operational procedures. Performs a wide variety of non-routine clerical tasks and may support special projects or assignments in distribution center.**Organizational Impact:**Performs activities requiring considerable judgment and may have ownership of minor projects in manufacturing/production operations or distribution center. Work may include non-routine activities related to new lines of work or special assignments.**Innovation and Complexity:**Problems faced are general, and may require some analysis to understand and resolve. Expected to independently propose solutions to problems for supervisor review. May be responsible for recommending making minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of own job area.**Communication and Influence:**Communicates typically with internal and external contacts, as needed.
