Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Project Coordinator to support infrastructure projects in Chihuahua, Mexico. Based in our Chihuahua office, you will assist Project Managers, track milestones, maintain documentation, and coordinate meetings with teams and vendors.

Regular site visits and adherence to safety standards are essential for delivering quality outcomes on time. You will work closely with technical teams, develop status reports, and help manage procurement and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in project coordination or similar in construction/infrastructure.
• Familiar with project management tools and software.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proactive and eager to learn new responsibilities.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Project Coordinator to support the execution of key infrastructure projects in Chihuahua, Chihuahua. This role is critical for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and a foundational understanding of project management principles. You will work closely with Project Managers and technical teams, playing a vital role in documentation, tracking, and communication. This position is based in our Chihuahua office, requiring regular in-person collaboration and site visits.

Key Responsibilities
